SUMMER TRAINING
What should it look like?
Here’s some thoughts. We always say “everyone’s different” but that’s not necessarily true in the God scheme of things.
We all have a skeleton and nervous system that relies on a healthy muscle structure.
We all have a metabolism that relies on a good diet to operate efficiently.
We all have a mental state that demands energy, perspective and inspiration to stay positive.
So it’s simple you see. Water the flowers and flowers grow. Let them burn out, and they die.
No matter what the hell you've got going on this summer, you make a no compromise rule for each of these things.
  1. Strength Train 3x/ week. Minimum. Add activity that’s cardio and adventure based.
2. Eat more Protein first, Fat second, Carbs sparingly. Whole Foods first, always. Free range chemical free package free. Drink filtered water, and stay sugar free as possible.
3.Take Nootropics, and other brain food supplements, read subjects you want to more about, ask questions that people that have what you want, hang around people that lift you up. Do things that you know in your heart are positive. Avoid negativity.
Hope that helps simplify for you. Don’t make it complicated.
