Bit of an update with how I’m tracking. Starting weight on the 2nd March was 139.4, and I weighed in today at 128.5, so a solid result there. Important thing is that I have been working hard in the gym lifting heavy, and sticking to my 4 day weights program. Goal for this week is to repeat, and also make sure that I hit 10k steps each day
(Been around the 7k mark most days with a big day on the weekends). The nutrition and weights program that Nath put together for me is working very well and his and Fil’s support is amazing. Here’s to another great week ahead!
