My Update
Bit of an update with how I’m tracking. Starting weight on the 2nd March was 139.4, and I weighed in today at 128.5, so a solid result there. Important thing is that I have been working hard in the gym lifting heavy, and sticking to my 4 day weights program. Goal for this week is to repeat, and also make sure that I hit 10k steps each day (Been around the 7k mark most days with a big day on the weekends). The nutrition and weights program that Nath put together for me is working very well and his and Fil’s support is amazing. Here’s to another great week ahead!
It Begins!
Ok lads, here we go! Started my journey today at 139.4kg. I have a lot of weight to lose but am going to put my full faith in Filip and Nathan and do things the right way and simply not stop until I’m completely rebuilt, both physically and mentally (I even got a hair cut yesterday after 18 months in order to kick things off). I encourage everyone to jump on board and let’s all smash this together. Will keep you all posted on my progress.
