What A Journey It’s Been
Crazy to think what your life can become when you actually commit to doing the work on yourself. For 3 years before my last relationship, I was directionless. Living for the weekends. Just coasting… knowing deep down I had more in me and wasn’t even close to tapping into it. So I made a call. I cleaned my life up. Built solid habits. Sought better information. Started creating instead of consuming. Started helping people without expecting anything back. Over time, I built a man I was actually proud of. Then came the next step—inviting someone into that life. And I’ll be honest… it wasn’t easy. When you raise your standards and get clear on who you are, most of what used to attract you no longer fits. Dating felt harder because I refused to go back to my old patterns. Then the opportunity came—Married At First Sight. Right place, right time… but more importantly, I was ready. I met someone who matched where I was at, and everything that’s followed has been built on the back of the work done when no one was watching. Now it’s onto the next chapter. No finish line. No coasting. I’m committed to getting better every single day—not just for me, but for the people I can help… and most importantly, for my partner. She deserves my best. You don’t have to cut your social life
You don’t have to disappear from your social life to get in shape. You can still go to the pub, still catch up with your mates, still be part of everything… just make smarter choices. Swap the full sugar drinks or beers for a Diet Coke, go for a schnitzel or a clean steak with salad instead of the heavy, calorie-loaded meals. Same environment, same people, same experience… just without setting yourself back.

Hey fam, For full transparency, I used to be ridiculously insecure about stupid things… eye bags, white hairs, smaller legs, my fingernails, needing to be single-digit body fat. At the time I thought these things were everything. Turns out… nobody actually gave a fuck. People are too busy living their own lives to notice the tiny 1% things you’re beating yourself up over. The prison was all in my own head. So if you’re holding yourself back because of some tiny insecurity — stop. No one is watching as closely as you think. Take the step anyway.
