Here’s what’s actually draining you 👇 🧠 Decision Fatigue = Dead Discipline By midday you’ve already made hundreds of decisions:Work problems, timelines, people, money, messages. By the time you get home, your willpower is cooked. That’s why training gets skipped, food goes off the rails, and scrolling or beers win. Not weakness. Mental overload. 🍽️ Inconsistent Meals = Unstable Energy Skipping meals. Living off caffeine. Random food at random times.
