This community is all about connecting our athletes—whether you're a beginner building your first tri, chasing age-group podiums, qualifying for Worlds, or simply loving the swim-bike-run lifestyle. SUNNY COAST 70.3, WC 70.3 and CALL TONIGHT.

Hey Team, I’m back in Da Nang after a whirlwind trip to Sunshine Coast 70.3. It was awesome to catch up with all of you there over the weekend, and I’m already looking forward to getting to Port Mac and Busselton at the end of the year. Some amazing results over the weekend. Lachie, Jack and Sam all had amazing results at the Ironman 70.3 World Championship in Nice. Can’t wait to dig into some of those stories with you guys. Back at Sunny Coast we were able to take down the club title for the fifth year running. An amazing performance from everyone who raced. There were some good, bad and ugly results as always, but overall it was a fantastic weekend. See you all tonight at 7pm AEST for a call. DROP ANY BURNING QUESTIONS BELOW Greg

Hey Team, Some of you may or may not know that we have always had a website… funny that. Anyway, over the past three months or so we have been working to create a website that has more functionality and belongs in 2026. Here it is: www.koasports.com.au Have a look through.
