Hi All, I am heading to Vietnam 70.3 in May which will be a little bit warm and I have always struggled in hotter conditions due to a variety of factors (6ft 4 and white as a loaf of bread being the primary ones). Interested to hear if anyone has used an Omius Cooling headband before and what their thoughts are on effectiveness.
