Guys, I missed the opportunity to buy a branded t-shirt. I have a question. Does anyone have an extra size L t-shirt? Could someone bring me one for Ironman Da Nang, Vietnam? I would buy it here. 🙏🏻

@Greg McDermott Agreed, coach! Send me your flight details, and I'll try to meet you on your arrival day.
Omius cooling headband
Hi All, I am heading to Vietnam 70.3 in May which will be a little bit warm and I have always struggled in hotter conditions due to a variety of factors (6ft 4 and white as a loaf of bread being the primary ones). Interested to hear if anyone has used an Omius Cooling headband before and what their thoughts are on effectiveness. The head bands are not cheap and I am wondering if people who have bought them feel that the investment is worth the money or is it just more marketing hype playing on us triathletes always looking to have the latest and greatest 1% improvements. https://traininghouse.shop/products/omius-cooling-headband?variant=42175522504770

Ryan, hi! I live in Da Nang. It really does get hot here. But every year the weather on race day varies, from cool and windy to hot and scorching. I can reassure you that there will be plenty of water and support for everyone throughout the entire race. Be mentally prepared and eat enough food and drink water.
Daytime sleep
Guys, I would like to know your experience with daytime naps. Guys, I'd love to hear your experiences with naps. I usually wake up early and just fall asleep for 30 minutes or an hour by midday. Share your experience. I hope I'm not the only one
