Hey Team, After 8 years of coaching, I’ve decided to make my referral offer official and a bit more structured. I have always done this sort of thing on a case by case basis but I think it's important to have something that works for all. Here’s how it works: If you refer an athlete to me and they join Koa Sports with me as their coach, you will receive one full month of coaching for free. As a thank you to the new athlete, they will also receive their first month of coaching for free. How to refer someone: Simply email me with your friend’s details and I’ll take care of the rest. IRONMAN TEXAS
Big weekend of racing incoming with one of the largest Ironman events around the globe incoming. Ironman Texas. One of the nicest events I've ever been too and a challenging course with the heat in the Woodlands. Over 2300 starters puts it right up there with participation also and a stand alone Ironman event. Shout out to our very own Doug Vargo who will be going around this weekend. Have a great race mate. Enjoy Hippy Hollow!

Lauren Nash is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and owner of UP Dietitian, specialising in performance nutrition for sports performance. With experience in long distance triathlon and running herself, she combines evidence-based and real-world nutrition advice that is practical and personalised to each individual athlete, all while building confidence with fuelling. Lauren is based in Perth WA and works with athletes across Australia and internationally. Lauren works with many Koa Sports athletes already and we have been seeing her around events all over Australia for many years. Lauren will be joining us on our regualr weekly call next Wednesday to talk all things nutrition. Please add in any questions below for next week.
