GMC issue
Hey everyone,
Would really appreciate some help with this situation.
I’ve have my GMC account running for about 5 months now and never had this issue before.
A few days ago, I received an email from GMC saying there was a problem with my account (“website or online shop needs improvement”) and my product listings got limited visibility.
I requested a review and it got approved, but shortly after (yesterday) I received the same email again and now my shopping ads are not displayed and my products are not showing.
I’ve gone through the requirements they mention. My domain matches correctly, I couldn’t find any broken links, I don’t have any placeholder images or unfinished content, my product data matches my website and all my business information and policies are in place.
I do have around 800-900 products, so checking everything in depth is quite difficult. I haven’t faced this issue before, which is why I’m confused what could suddenly be triggering it now.
I guess you guys have probably seen this before many times, what is usually the main reason behind this kind of issue?
I’m also a bit worried they might suspend my GMC if this keeps happening, since this is already the second time...
Any help would mean a lot 🙏
