GMC issue
Hello hello, I’m still dealing with a repeated Merchant Center issue and would really appreciate some guidance. I’ve now been rejected 2 times after making changes.. Google keeps saying my website is missing “basic requirements” for a seamless shopping experience, but the feedback is very general and not specific... So far, I have made the following changes: - Removed all bundle offers and promotional bars (no pop-ups, no urgency banners) - Removed product reviews on product pages - Removed AI-generated videos - Fixed any inconsistencies between pages info - Ensured all business information is clearly visible (contact details, policies, in the footer.. etc.) - Improved my brand identity/story At this point, the only thing I’m unsure about is pricing. All of my products are currently shown as “on sale” on the website. Could this be triggering the issue? Does Google consider a store-wide permanent sale as misleading pricing? If so, what would be the correct way to structure pricing to comply? I feel like I’ve addressed everything else, so I’d really appreciate any insights Thank you!!!
GMC issue
Hey everyone, Would really appreciate some help with this situation. I’ve have my GMC account running for about 5 months now and never had this issue before. A few days ago, I received an email from GMC saying there was a problem with my account (“website or online shop needs improvement”) and my product listings got limited visibility. I requested a review and it got approved, but shortly after (yesterday) I received the same email again and now my shopping ads are not displayed and my products are not showing. I’ve gone through the requirements they mention. My domain matches correctly, I couldn’t find any broken links, I don’t have any placeholder images or unfinished content, my product data matches my website and all my business information and policies are in place. I do have around 800-900 products, so checking everything in depth is quite difficult. I haven’t faced this issue before, which is why I’m confused what could suddenly be triggering it now. I guess you guys have probably seen this before many times, what is usually the main reason behind this kind of issue? I’m also a bit worried they might suspend my GMC if this keeps happening, since this is already the second time... Any help would mean a lot 🙏

@Christopher Krassnig In this situation, would you recommend requesting another review or focusing on improving the store first before doing anything? Just want to make sure I don’t make it worse

PMax structure question
Hi everyone, I recently joined the group and already see so much value here. Big thanks to Chris for creating this community. I’d really appreciate your advice on my PMax setup. I’ve been running a PMax campaign since October, so it has gathered solid historical data. Recently, I had to scale the budget back to €50/day. Since then, my store has grown a lot and I now have around 700 - 800 products (far more than when I first launched the campaign). With the lower budget, I’ve segmented products into types and currently run only a few, but there are still many products included overall. I’m wondering what the best move would be: Should I create a separate PMax campaign with only my top ~60 best-selling products and focus the €50/day there? Or should I keep the existing campaign and simply refine it using custom tags to include only those best sellers? Or do you have any other suggestions on how you would approach this situation? Thank you in advance 🙏
