What is with Tiktok?

Obviously a football agent has reached out through Tiktok and can offer Xavier a trial at Norwish (yes he typed it like that) in a couple of weeks, all I have to do is pay €1000 then he will get the letter sorted. Apparently €1000 isn't that much when he signs his million pound pro contract. I don't think he appreciated me putting a large 😂 emoji, he asked what I thought, it would be free for him to be the agent 🤔 well yes actually, if you're that good then you get paid after he signs the contract 🤭😂😂😂
