For us last night was one amazing big step forward in our journey

When Fred’s was born he had Bilateral talipes (known as club foot) we were told from the moment he was born there was the chance of not even walking

Through many years of therapy and operations at the age of three weeks old to be able to make it onto the pitch is a if achievement but for him to be invited into Sunderland trials night was perfect for us wether we get through or not the journey to get here to this point has been hard

Yes he can’t do everything a normal child could do struggles with passing of the inside of his foot or turning his foot in does he let it stop him absolutely not

With positive mindset you can achieve what you want to achieve there will be hurdles along the way but always keep your eye on your goal and target
