Sponsorship issues?

Hi guys

Is anyone else experiencing problems with there unique sponsor codes?

I understand there was a ‘leak’ and new codes were sent out but to get to that point has been a real drama, back and forth a via emails with huge delays with what appears to be auto bots constantly asking for the same information I’ve sent 3 times?

The last ‘new code’ I’ve been sent also doesn’t work?

Any advise would be greatly appreciated, as I’m trying to put through a big order,
