👋 Hey everyone, I’m Emily!
I’m new here and really looking forward to learning from this community. I’m a professional player (in Australia) and coach who works specifically with female footballers — helping them build strength, speed, skills, endurance, power, and confidence so they can play at higher levels. While I don’t work exclusively with goalkeepers, I know how important keepers are to the game (and I coach keepers as part of my programs too when it comes to physical prep, strength, speed, skills and confidence). I’m excited to connect, share ideas, and learn more about how to best support keepers in their development. If there’s anything you’d like to know about the work I do, or if I can add value around strength/conditioning/skills training for female players — I’d love to contribute.
