Penalty practice
Interested to see opinions on this one, for our team personally penalties is not something we practice very often, I feel it can be very damaging to a goalkeepers confidence, even just in training.
We have a very good save rate on penalties with hardly ever practicing them.
Do you agree that they can damage keepers confidence or do you love the challenge

No, rather face them on the day when needed
