Injury
Grade 1 ACL tare , and fractured PCL and LCL thats my season finished decent save keeping score 1-1 bfore having to pull a home walkover

Oh no I feel your pain 😓 I've just come out the other side of ACL and miniscus reconstruction, take it easy and plenty of rest, it's a long road to recovery, as josé mentions above correct recovery is key I'm 5 months out on only just able to kick a ball again but not at full capacity yet. Good lucky and wishing you a speedy recovery

Keeper cam
Today's keeper cam, didn't manage get much footage as it was on them flimsy fold out nets so it kept moving but did manage to get this free kick save Today's weapon of choice was the diffusion ultras Came away with a 6-3 win👏🏼

Padded Top for a 9 year old?
Which padded base top would be best for a 9 year old keeper? Long sleeve with elbow padding or short sleeve with shoulder and chest padding? He doesn’t have any padding in his GK tops at present. He already has the tight fitting padded shorts

100% long sleeve the more protection the have at a young age the better, save any unnecessary injuries 👌🏼
