So a local football coaching setup has got a partnership with a big club, some of you may know them . Me and my mate was talking and we was wondering if any if not all of the new academy players will come through them, will it limit the chances of others who dont train /play with them?

In an interview with the club they kept mentioning it being a pathway for kids to get in. Whats everyone's thoughts on this?
