Gloves size help
Hi all , my lad has one glove and is a size 4 . Here's a picture of his hand on the j4k size guide . Has anyone used this measure guide? Or has anyone got one glove and if so are j4k same size? Thanks in advance guys

What happens when you get to level 9?
I was just looking at the levels and the jump from 8 to 9 is massive, so I was just curious if anything special happens at level 9?

Im only level 5 so way off but to be honest like you guys i enjoy reading/chatting with like minded people. Im at the 35% but not sure how I use that?

Pathway
So a local football coaching setup has got a partnership with a big club, some of you may know them . Me and my mate was talking and we was wondering if any if not all of the new academy players will come through them, will it limit the chances of others who dont train /play with them? In an interview with the club they kept mentioning it being a pathway for kids to get in. Whats everyone's thoughts on this?

Does seem like a business deal however the coaching setup are already well established and have helped youngsters progress and start their academy journey. Only time will tell. Maybe in a not so distant future scouts won't really use tournaments ect but rather go exclusively to the clubs partners to find new talent

@Mat Bone yeah I've seen some where they advertise that scouts come to their events and they had x amounts of children join academies.
