Hi, I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice.
Now that it is off season I am looking to get Declan to the gym. However, I’d love for it to be applicable to his goalkeeping if that makes senses? Is there specific workouts that GKs do at the gym for strength and agility?
He has an under active thyroid so off season can wreak havoc with his weight gain.
