Confidence Issue

Hi all,

Ivy is having an issue with her confidence when it comes to talking to her players and coming for the ball.

We have been working on the collecting the ball mainly by a rinse and repeat method building her confidence the more she did it.l, and she had made great progress on this.

But I'm not sure how to help with calling for the ball and talking to the players and owning her box. She says she is embarrassed to shout for the ball. I'm not sure how I can help her gain confidence with this. Any ideas would be appreciated.

The funny thing is as soon as the games over she is back to bring the loudest person in the team having a laugh and being an 8 year old kid. So it not like she is shy and quiet normally.
