What should I do?
5’9 153, came from 190.
Not sure if im fat or skinny fat genuinely don’t know what to do.
Should I do a slight calorie surplus +100 over maintaince while eating good and protein high and consistently lift? Or lose even more weight I feel like 153 is low enough.
