Hope all of you are doing well and are in the best of your Imaan, in shaa Allah.
I wasn't active in the community for the past week. But tried my best to not give up on my healthy eating habits which I have been working on for the past 3 months, Alhamdulillah.
Included protein in my meals, stayed hydrated, tried my best to do more than 10k steps. But couldn't do workout regularly
SUNDAY:
Brunch: Had a bowl of poha loaded with veggies n peanuts.
An hour later had a cup of black coffee with protein powder.
Snack: A pear and a guava and a small bowl of roasted red beans.
Dinner: a bowl.of mixed lentils soup and jowar chila with chicken curry.
Water intake: 7-8 glasses
Workout: 20 min of fast paced walk with low intensity cardio
Taking it slowly n Trying to build up my habits again around strength training.
