I tried short walks n took one morning walk n in evening also.
Alhamdulillah that's great achievement for me .
Hydration - Completed 9/10 glass of water. โœ…
Played badminton - for 20 min. โœ…
Fibre - had papaya as a mid snack. โœ…
Protein - dinner โœ… lunch โœ… breakfast โœ…
Sunlight -20 min
