I tried short walks n took one morning walk n in evening also.
Alhamdulillah that's great achievement for me .
Hydration - Completed 9/10 glass of water. ✅
Played badminton - for 20 min. ✅
Fibre - had papaya as a mid snack. ✅
Protein - dinner ✅ lunch ✅ breakfast ✅
Sunlight -20 min
