Iftar: 3 dates+ chia seeds water
3 tbsp Black Chana chat+ 2 steamed chicken momos.
Dinner: Besan n veggies chila with Greek yogurt raita.
A few bites of chicken.
UPDATE: Forgot to add, 2-3 tbspn of yummy biryani which i couldn't resist tasting, and also had 2 small bites of cake from apricot delight 😬, then burnt it out all with post dinner workout, Alhamdulillah😊
