Water before meals - 1 glass warm
Suhoor : Oats khichdi ( added 1 tbspn of flax seeds powder and veggies) + 1 chicken piece.
2 glasses of warm water before the end of suhoor time.
Post meal walk ✅️- brisk walk 5-10 min
