Iftar: 2 dates and chia seeds water and mixed lentil soup
Dinner: besan chill with Greek yogurt, 2 spoons of haleem and steamed veggies
Total water intake: 4 glasses and going on.....
A cup of coffee an hour later
Post meal walk✅️
