1- Steps Done: Yes (15 min walk before brunch, 10 min after brunch and 15 min after dinner).

Total glasses today: didn't counted but I tried to have as much as I can specially before meals.

What I ate: Small apple along with less then half glass of squeezed fresh orange juice

One win I did today: avoided sugar (and that's a big big win for me Alhamdulilah I did it for today although I was craving very bad for ice cream 👀)
