Hello,
Sorry for not updating yesterday’s dinner—it was the same as lunch.
Today, I started my morning with warm water and a squeeze of lemon. For breakfast, I had 100 grams of chicken and a tortilla wrap with a little ketchup.
From morning till lunch, I’ve completed 1 liter of water.
For lunch, I’m having grilled chicken and some veggies.
