Starting day with water(zeera,dhania,saunf,ajwain,adrak)+ after 30mins 1 glass chia seed water
Breakfast= 2 boiled eggs and a cup of tea without sugar
Lunch= chicken salad
Dinner= chana rice + half cup tea without sugar
Before sleep cinnamon tea
