If you're confused about what to eat, I want you to pause for a second.
It's not because you're careless. And it's not because you're doing something wrong.
It's because you've been exposed to too many perfect diets at once.
Let's stop chasing perfection and make this practical.
Instead of asking, "Is this allowed?" or "Is this the best diet?" always aim for these at every meall:
Where is my protein?
Where is my fiber?
What's one real carb or fat here?
That's it. No keto math.
People think they need a full diet plan to eat well. They don't. What they actually need is a way to put meals together on busy days.
1. Start with protein. That's your anchor.
2. Add vegetables or fruit.
3. If you need energy, add some carbs.
4. Add a little fat so you don't feel hungry an hour later.
That one pattern works in almost any situation.
Healthy eating doesn't need to be expensive, trendy, or complicated.
Confusion usually comes from trying to follow too many rules at once.
Don't try to eat perfectly. Eat predictably.
