Greetings post

Assalam o alaikum everyone, My name is Maham from Gujranwala. I'm clinical psychologist by profession and used to work 8am-3pm. My age is 29, height 5'3 and weight is 79kg. I'm not having any medical condition ALHUMDULILLAH. My goal is just lose weight and the hurdle I'm currently having is consistency, and my daily routine. I hope I'll get from here what I'm lacking in my life and will meet nice and positive people here who will motivate me.
