Alhamdulillah Day went well..... was down with migraine for the first half of the day then gathered up strength to prepare food for the lunch n dinner.
Didn't go anywhere outside., as it was friday and weekday. (Hmre paas eid weekday par ho toh uske celebrations/ mel milap usually weekend par karte hain) So, Was home all day.
Ate everything mindful and in controlled portion.
Breakfast: one n half boiled egg.
Lunch: steamed veggies and rice with mutton curry.
Dinner: steamed veggies, chicken biryani.
Ate sweets and dessert but just few bites. mithai aur seiwayyan b khush aur hmre sweetheart tooth cravings b khush..... 😉😁
Water intake: 6-7 glasses
