Lunch salad and chicken sticks and cup of tea after an hour
Has 2 spoons of ramen too Snack fruit
Dinner salad and some yogurt with chicken sticks and later I had iced coffee with some whipping cream but oat milk as creamer π«£
No gajar kheer just on your suggestion even though I had craving π€£π«£ Stopped eating at β

Will eat at 8 am or later in morning insha Allah
