Aj ka day kaafi slow start Howa ha....mood hi ni ho raha Kuch krny ko....na stretching na exercise....but I won't quit... inshallah will do steps...
Breakfast: barley porridge cooked in water and added a small qt of milk(sugar free) + 1 boiled egg and chai
