Alhamdulillah today my big win is consistency and willingness to do something for me. as i always felt hunger after eating my whole meal , because i was Not on track from last 3 to 4 months and eating too much until i feel full there was alot of reasons like on vocations parties etc., but i recognize that we feel much better if we not eat with our full belly.
We should Make some space for digestions. Am
