Breakfast: one pratha in olive oil with leftover malai handi
After that tea with brown sugar
Lunch: skipped as breakfast was late
Evening snack: chana chat small bowl
Water before meal ✅
Dinner: chicken pulao with raita
Walk : not much but i was active whole day.
Alhamdulillah day finished with Alot of blessings of ALLAH ❤️
