Day 45
Lunch: couldn't have a proper lunch as I had to go out for some work. So just had to survive on snacks ( fruits, a few morsels of vermicelli and an air fried chicken springrolls).
Dinner: pre meal water intake ✅️
Mutton pulao with low fat Greek yogurt and salad.
Post meal walk ✅️
