Aoa beautiful people. I have a really bad flu which is not going down and last night fever hit again and I couldnt sleep properly. Thats why my day started late. But late morning fever was gone jis ka apki behen nay faeda uthaya and tried to complete today's steps. So I did zumba, yaaay. Ab girtay parrtay jaisay bhi kia please dont ask. But I became so sweaty and thursty k 1L water before lunch was easily done.
Breakfast + lunch: I combined breakfast and lunch together and ate 1 egg, and 1 brown bread beef kabab sandwich with cucumber and salad leaf and a cup of tea.
Dinner: Lentil soup
Then I did a 40 minutes walk but still short of 200 steps. Ab meri bus ho gai hay and feeling the fever again with flu jo pani ki trah beh rha hay and non stop sneezes 🥺😪. Any tried and tested home remedies please because ye corona ka bhai km honay ka naam nhi lay rha.
