Day 4
Today, I treated myself to a little extra biryani. 🥺 I usually have very few cravings and manage them well, but rice is my one weakness—I simply can’t resist it. Even a small portion never feels enough, so today I enjoyed a bit more than usual. Still, I stayed mindful and balanced it out with a refreshing walk afterward. Progress is all about balance, not perfection. 💛
