Star the day with 15 mins walk and 500 ml water
Breakfast: chia water with omelette and a roti
Fiber before lunch:apple
Lunch: beef gravy with roti
Snack:boiled corn
Dinner: curry with roti and yogurt (cuz no energy to make protein based item)

Water before every meal โœ…
Thats all i push myself in flu and fever
Walk after dinner 20 mins
