Checklist: No junk ✅ tried so hard and i managed to not eat pizza that was in front of me. Mobility ✅ half hr excercise
Mindful eating ✅tried portion control on my fav sabzi maid.
Steps ✅
Gratitude ✅ thankful that i tried working on my health.
I change that i feel light and difficult is to stop yourself from cravings.
