Day 3
Didn't go well.
Steps: 17435
Junk: in breakfast I had that low caloric biscuits with tea and a protein bar.
In dinner: I was starving so I had some fries and half burger but I tried to controlled by eating kiwi, strawberries until I cook food after coming from work. but somehow ate half portion of junk and gave half to my flatmate.
Gratitude:
At least I tried to avoid junk and somehow 50% did.
I am grateful that I have food before I sleep.
I am grateful that after coming from tired day I have a cozy shelter/room to charge myself again.
