DAY 5: Calm + Protein Snack 🧘‍♀️💪
Yoga: ✅ 5 mins Meditation: ✅ 4 mins Protein snack:50% Had Greek yogurt,granola,chia seeds in the morning. And cheese shami kabab sandwich in the lunch. But sorry had 2 donuts I forgot no Bakery day it was🫣 Steps: 11k Gratification: 1. I am grateful that I am doing masters from abroad in my dream course. 2. I am grateful that I made my father proud. 3. I am grateful that Almighty always protect me.

Day 4
Steps: 4713 Sweat: 10 mins running and 15 mins walk. Greens: had 3 kiwis+cucumber with lunch and dinner. Grateful: I am grateful that I am strong and independent. I am grateful that Allah has always been helping me in every kind of situations. I am grateful that I'm trying to live in the present moment than in future and past.
Day 3
Didn't go well. Steps: 17435 Junk: in breakfast I had that low caloric biscuits with tea and a protein bar. In dinner: I was starving so I had some fries and half burger but I tried to controlled by eating kiwi, strawberries until I cook food after coming from work. but somehow ate half portion of junk and gave half to my flatmate. Gratitude: At least I tried to avoid junk and somehow 50% did. I am grateful that I have food before I sleep. I am grateful that after coming from tired day I have a cozy shelter/room to charge myself again.

Stretch: ❌(but had a cold morning shower) Steps: ✅11k Post meal steps: after breakfast ✅/after lunch cum dinner❌ Protein: in breakfast only (had moong daal dosa) Gratification: I am grateful that Im peacefully sleeping. I am grateful that Im trying to build a disciplined life. I am grateful that I have the supportive people around me.
