Morning drink: 1 glass lukewarm water
Breakfast: 1 half fried egg 1bran bread 1 cup tea without sugar
Pre workout snack: 2 dates
Workout: 45 minutes workout ( cardio, strength training, stretching)
Post workout lunch: 1 cucumber 15 tbsp biryani ( I count resist)
Also had tea with sugar ( I don’t what happened from yesterday im feeling like having sugary things)
After lunch: green tea (1 hour later)
