Today i started with seed cycling powder with warm water,
Breakfast half paratha with omelete and cup of tea
Lunch makai ki roti half with saag and 2 tbsp dahi and salad
Evening chae with half samosa Due to arrival of guest
Dinner half plate biryani with chest piece roast and salad chutney,
Total steps around 4500
Water intake 5 to 6 glass
