White oats with half spoon of pumpkin seeds,sun flower seeds, sesame seed,flax seeds each and three almond,pista and akhrot, kishmish and 2 dates with milk soaked overnight.
After one hour 2 boiled eggs with green tea
Lunch
Salad one cucumber, cabbage and beetroot
Dinner
Rice with shami kabab and salad
Water intake
One glass empty stomach
And almost 4 to 5 glasses whole day
