Post night shift reality check ๐Ÿฅฒ
Missed my morning walk (no energy after duty ๐Ÿ˜ด)
Breakfast: 3 boiled eggs + chai (no sugar)
Slept 5 hours
Lunch: 1 cup boiled channa + cucumber, tomato & onion salad
Skipped gym ๐Ÿคง
Slept again for 3 hours
For Dinner i was supposed to airfry chicken but ran out of time before hospital ๐Ÿ˜…
So made a quick omelette + small roti (low oil)
Not a perfect dayโ€ฆ but still stayed on track โœ”๏ธ
No junk โœ”๏ธ
High protein โœ”๏ธ
Controlled calories โœ”๏ธ
Trying to stay consistent even on night shift ๐Ÿ’ช
