Post night shift reality check ๐ฅฒ
Missed my morning walk (no energy after duty ๐ด)
Breakfast: 3 boiled eggs + chai (no sugar)
Slept 5 hours
Lunch: 1 cup boiled channa + cucumber, tomato & onion salad
Skipped gym ๐คง
Slept again for 3 hours
For Dinner i was supposed to airfry chicken but ran out of time before hospital ๐
So made a quick omelette + small roti (low oil)
Not a perfect dayโฆ but still stayed on track โ๏ธ
No junk โ๏ธ
High protein โ๏ธ
Controlled calories โ๏ธ
Trying to stay consistent even on night shift ๐ช
