Gratitude: I am grateful coz I showed up today... I skipped every Saturday and just kept myself lazy but today I did lots of home chores so my health targets are not completed but am happy... still am posting this lots of red crossed checklist and enjoying my realistic journey staying positive...Alhamdulillah 🥰
