Why we feel low?
I dont know if its mood swings or what but I struggle with feeling low I mean whenever am sad for something happening in my life then I just want to be only on bed and do nothing... though i have things to do like home chores and make something good for me like a healthy meal plus complete steps etc but am feeling a bit tired and low in energy... can anyone suggest something to help out?

Consistency is the only problem and yes sometimes craving due to mood swings...
Diappointed to myself
i was on track so good in walk and everything then after day 12 ..ek din fry naan agly din kfc and phir pta nii bahir k snacks and phir so no wallk gayb hogya sabb😑

Its ok dear i also did same this weekend but I kept reminding myself that its only for weekend I'll definitely back on track on Monday... don't be disappointed by yourself... love yourself first... coz you listened your body for sometime now be the boss again and take over🙂
