water 2ltrs✅ steps 7k✅ no sugar✅ no junk✅ workout ❌ protein intake✅ gratitude: i'm grateful atleast am trying and showing myself not perfect but still am here for myself today i was again having headache don't know why maybe due to routine change or what...hope so i will start paying attention to my workout as well🙂

pre breakfast: herbs tea breakfast: 2 slice bread with 2 eggs snack: one small cup strawberry milk with dates as i didn't add sugar so ate 3 dates along as sweetener dinner: chicken+ veg chowmein ate 2 dates for sweet cravings
